Project “Botanifikatsiya” by Adriy Bludov accumulates all problems of the modern age within itself as it were. Moreover, we can observe the logical continuation of his creative development line beginning with “Herbarium” and “Secret Garden” projects. Only now former meditative idillicity gives way to sullen and fantasmic aesthetics, behind which the magical-spatial factors begin to perform the basic role in the artistic concept.
In “Botanifikatsiya” the installation zone acts as sense core of the exposure, and pictorial works act as backing fairly tempered by color attribute and geographical direction. On the other hand, basic intonation motives are consolidated in these works, for instance, ecological motive of environment pollution personalized by a tangle of black fascicles. The world is one and indivisible, and the art refuses to perform the noble function of recreation oasis. Thus, the artistic bears all side-effects of economic, social, political issues apprehending it as a nightmare or delusion, yet being unable to turn away from this “parade of problems”. So, nowadays the nature rebels against the man’s arbitrariness more and more furiously threatening with floods and earthquakes, but it gives sudden consolation when a real artist, who is able to take its dare with humility, appears on its way.
