Igor Yashchenko creates painting, balansing on the verge of figuration and abstraction, combination of complicated textures and forms. He takes part in the Ukrainian and International exhibitions from 1977. Works of artist are kept in the museums of Ukraine, private collections on motherland and abroad.
For work „Dead nature on grey” got „Grand-pri” of Ukrainian triennale „Painting-2007”.
Member of the National Artists Union of Ukraine.
Member of association of creators „White case”.
Born in 1948 on Sakhalin.
Lives and works in Vinnitsa.
Education:
1969 - finished the picturesque separation of Dnepropetrovsk State School of Fine Arts.
1974 - finished Kharkov Academy of Design and Fine Arts.
